In every way, we are one with nature.

In life, everything is connected; from the trees and plants firmly rooted in the soil, to the stars, moon and sun in the sky. Our energy vibrates with; and sometimes against, everything that is living on this planet, and unseen within the universe. As simply as can be stated; we are complex beings; made from an energy source that will inevitably transcend this space and time. 

 

It is said that "we are spirit; we have a soul, and live in a body." If that is true, we must rely on practicing mindfulness to strive for harmony between our heart, mind, and body to ensure our spirit remains connected to the Creator. Achieving wholeness in relation to our connection, is like having fiber-optic internet, versus old school AOL dial-up. We get to download spiritual messages more succinctly and in real time; no delays or distortions.
